Refund Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
Brad Dunkle aims for your satisfaction. This policy explains how refunds work for digital graphic design and publishing services.
01Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for one-time programs (like the Discovery Session or Transformation Program) must be requested within 7 days of payment and before any final digital assets have been delivered.
02Non-Refundable Services
Work already delivered (such as design sessions or digital assets accessed) is non-refundable. Once you have received final materials, refunds are not available.
03Unused Sessions in Packages
If you purchase a package with multiple sessions and do not use all sessions, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, provided no final assets have been delivered for those sessions.
04Cancelling Monthly Plans
You may cancel a Monthly Partnership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the remainder of the ongoing month once design work or consultations have started.
05Missed or Rescheduled Sessions
If you miss or wish to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable, but every effort will be made to reschedule where possible.
06Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (such as duplicate or accidental payments), please notify us. Verified errors will be fully refunded.
07How to Request a Refund
Request a refund by emailing brad@dunkle.online or using the Contact page. Include your name, payment confirmation, and project details. You will receive a response within 3 business days.
08Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Stripe. Funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
09Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your card provider, please also contact us to resolve the issue directly. Unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension.
